I have recently graduated from Durham University, one of UK's top universities, with a BA and MA in fields relating to English Literature, and will soon begin my PhD research at the University of Oxford. Thanks to my area of study, I have a strong command of the English language, especially grammar and idiom, and this was reinforced during my time as sub-editor of Durham's student newspaper. Having in the past submitted an extensive number of applications to study at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, I am familiar with applications processes in the UK, Republic of Ireland, and the USA. This positions me well to offer advice to non-English students from all fields of study hoping to make a grammatically watertight and compelling application.
