I recently retired as a Professor at Rose Bruford College in the UK, where I was Head of Research Degrees. My previous posts included Head of Academic Support, working with both under-grad and grad students. I have a Masters degree from the University of London and a PhD from the University of Manchester. I am a professional author and editor (I have published 9 books and I edit an international journal for Taylor & Francis).  I have worked extensively with international students and can offer help and advice on a wide range of written applications, statements and editing of papers for publication
